I wanted a new to for Charlotte to play with so I ordered Da Bird and it arrived today. Charlotte loves it!!!
She'll chase it around the floor and jump onto the bed and chair when going after the feathers. When she jumps on the bed after it she picks it up in her mouth and jumps off the bed with it...it's so cute. Everest would have loved this toy, too.

Amen to that!

Just wanted to add that Wesley and Buttercup actually love the mouse attachment for it even better than the feather. Its also more durable, as my munchkins tend to destroy their feathers now and then.

The downside though is that they can't REALLY catch the feather as it slides right out their teeth, so you can always get it back and continue the exercise. The mouse though is not only easier to catch on the ground, but once they have it, it can be difficult to get it back!!!

Here... or There... Hmmm
When I was shopping last year for Secret Santa, I did the one for you one for me thing, and Kitters got Da Bird as well and she LOVES it. We bring it out for her and she just JUMPS!!! You'd never know she was nearly 11, she acts like a kitten when it's out!

Da Bird's a big hit at our house, too!
The attachments pack I bought came with a rabbit foot but they ripped it out of its base the first time they caught it ...
but otherwise, I've found the other attachments to be very durable and well-liked by the kittens!

Simba Yim loves Da Bird too! He catches the feather in mid-air but once he has "killed" it, he lets go of it so I can make it fly again.
Ducman69, Thanks for the tip! I'll have to check out the mouse attachment!

I wanted to get this toy so bad without having to order it. I can't seem to find ANY stores here that carry it though. BOO. Seems most kitties love it, so I guess I will have to order it. I think Parker and Buddy would go INSANE for it.

I have the hardest time getting Holland involved in interactive play. After everyone here raved about Da Bird I decided to give it a chance, though I was still pretty skeptical. I ordered it from Amazon, and the day it arrived I had barely pulled it out of the box and put it together before she was going nuts over it!!

You don't have a PetCo or PetSmart nearby? I see that you're in Nova Scotia.

The closest PetSmart is in neighboring New Brunswick. We don't have PetCo either. Nova Scotia sucks sometimes.

Earlier I went to use the bathroom and Charlotte dragged the DA Bird in there so she could play. Guess she felt she had a captive participant.

We have to hide Da Bird in the garage so Bub and CC don't eat it.They chase it so hard and fast they have to lay under the ac vent to cool off.
