Another FITNESS thread!!

I'm starting another one of these threads where we share motivation to work out and be healthy and fit!!

I just wrote out an entire story about my progress, but somehow it all got lost So I will write about that again later, but in the meantime, I've been playing tennis a lot lately. I don't think that is very beneficial, but it does help burn calories...
Today I am getting p90x and will start on that!

p90x is a great program if you can stick to it, that's for sure. Tennis is good. Any physical activity is good, actually. I've learned that jumping rope is one of the best workouts you can do though. Cheap and works the whole body.
I admit, I haven't used mine in a while but its awkward jumping rope in an apartment. lol
