I'm starting another one of these threads where we share motivation to work out and be healthy and fit!!
I just wrote out an entire story about my progress, but somehow it all got lost
So I will write about that again later, but in the meantime, I've been playing tennis a lot lately. I don't think that is very beneficial, but it does help burn calories...
Today I am getting p90x and will start on that!
