How can anyone be this stupid?

I first heard about this story while I was watching the local news the other night. http://www.kttc.com/story/15148376/2...n-stewartville BTW, the article doesn't mention it, but the windows in the car were rolled up too.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of thoughtless/stupid/irresponsible people who do that.

That's horribly sad. Out here, we just had a woman from a very affluent town, arrested for leaving her 16 month old daughter in her black mercedes, parked in the sun, at the mall. The windows were cracked an inch or two, and the outside temp was somewhere around 103-106.

The little girl was crying and people called the cops. The woman couldn't understand why she was being arrested. Thank God the little girl was ok, and her grandparents had to pick her up from the precinct.

Ugh. If you need to go into a store, don't bring your kids or pets! Isn't that common sense?
