Need major, super mega adoption vibes, please

Hey guys, just wanted to request major adoption vibes and prayers for Evie, the mostly sweet, sometimes feisty, little brown tabby who hopped in my car last summer one day when I was feeding my feral colony. Evie has been waiting for a home for almost a year, bouncing back and forth between being fostered at my house and the rescue. There's been zero interest in her - until now. A co-worker of one of our volunteers is very interested in adopting Evie and is coming to the rescue to meet her tonight. It seems like the perfect home for Evie - a single woman in her 30's who just bought her own home and wants a single cat. Please send all the vibes/prayers you can muster that this works out for Evie. She's ready for a home of her own! Thanks so much!

Thanks, guys! We're meeting Evie's potential adopter at the rescue at 5:45. She's already been screened and approved for adoption so, if all goes well, she'll be taking Evie home on Wed.

Guess you know what that means! Evie will being going home later this week! Her adopter (Heather) is wonderful and Evie really responded well to her. She'll have a whole house to call her own and no other kitties to compete with. Evie will love that. Heather knows she'll need to be patient with Evie as she settles in and really seems willing to accept Evie for who she is - in other words, someone who understands cats. I was especially touched when Heather left and promised Evie that she would come back for her.

I'm so grateful to Heather for opening her heart and home to Evie and thrilled that my little tabby will finally have the home she's been longing for.

Yay!!!! Evie's persistance paid off! Now she has a new forever home to call her very own, with someone to love and dote on her

Thanks, guys.

It means so much that you're able to share in the joy of Evie's adoption and I'm very grateful for all your vibes and prayers for her.

Heather's picking Evie up tonight at the rescue around 6:15, and I'm going to head over a little early to have some time with my little brown tabby. She's so special to me.

Please keep the vibes coming as Evie settles in. She gets stressed in new situations, but we're hopeful that with Heather's patience and love, Evie will realize that she's finally home.
