My friend found blood in his cats stool, it's not liquid though he says. He also said that his cat has been recently dewOrmed and he sees no traces of worms in the cats bottom or stool. Any idea what this could be? He said he read that it could mean the cat isn't getting enough fiber but he doesn't change cat food ever..any ideas would be great!

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

It's dark blood actually in the stool, or traces of bright red blood on the stool? If it's a tiny amount and bright, on the stool, it may just be from straining while pooing - worth a call to the vet to discuss diet and what to watch out for, but normally nothing to panic over (I've been there).
Dark blood in the stool, however, is worth an immediate call to the vet, and probably an appointment, as it could indicate something serious.
Hope the little one is ok.
