I haven't posted on this site in a long time, but I can't help but share pictures of my cat, Bowser. He definitely has the weirdest personality of any cat I've ever known. Despite how angry he looks (hence the name Bowser), he is the sweetest and most laid back cat ever! He never uses his claws, not even to play or scratch up the furniture. He even runs up to every stranger who comes into the house, screams at them and demands belly rubs.
Here's a picture of him the day I adopted him, sitting on top of my friend's shoulders who he just met!
He was the last of his litter to be adopted. I had been looking into adopting an adult cat and wasn't planning on getting a kitten at all, but when I saw him all alone in that big cage I asked to pick him up just so I could hold him for a minute. He fell asleep in my arms and I KNEW I had to have him.
All grown up! I had no idea his fur would end up this long! It is sooo soft and he feels like a chinchilla.
Luckily he's very tolerant, because brushing takes a lot of work! This is what happened when I forgot to brush him for a week:
I just took this picture today. Out of all the toys I buy for him, he steals a wad of fur I balled up after brushing him and he is obsessed with it! It's sooo weird but he would be heartbroken if I took it away from him!

I couldn't help but buy a t-shirt for him with a cupcake on it (I bake a lot so I made him my mascot). He was humiliated.

The markings by his brow give him such a stoic look, heh! Love that pounce ready picture, oh and Wesley does the same thing as Bowser with his furballs after grooming, but I have to take them away or he'll eat them... ugh.
