First here's a picture of my Persian Stanley. I just took it today, playing around with my new digital camera.

Stanley

Here's my Snoopy: He's my oldest cat, in fact he's a true senior citizen at almost 18 years old.

I'm assuming Stanley is named after the guy in your sig? He looks like him! LOL

And Snoopy looks really good for his age! He looks much better than my PenPen looked.

Yep, Stanley is named after Paul Stanley from the rock band Kiss. Paul Stanley's real name is Stanley Eisen. I never thought about my cat looking like Paul, but when he wears the white face make up, I guess he does. Paul Stanley is a really gorgeous man!!! And HE looks great for his 51 years.

Snoopy is the sweetest, most loving, and mellowest cat you'd ever want to know. He's going gracefully into old age. I didn't even notice he was even showing his age, until I got my digital camera, and started taking pictures of him, and seeing that he just doesn't quite look like the young guy he was. Here is a picture of Snoopy when he was about 3 or 4.

I guess we all have to age. Still it saddens me to see my Snoopy get old. He was so beautiful when he was young.

What handsome boys!
It has to be really nice having Snoopy for so long. I've only had Spike 3 years and I can't imagine life without him, and having the last 18 years with Snoopy... gosh.

Thanks everyone. I've had Snoopy almost all of my entire adult life. I can't imagine life without him. He's my best friend.

I remember when I bought him, they let me have him at a discount, because of that light spot on his back. I guess they felt it made him less valuable. To me, it's one of the things that makes him unique. I have to say, I was so lucky to have gotten him. When they made the mold for "perfect" cat, they had to have had Snoopy in mind.
