A little "Shout Out" to my skin kid!

My daughter is a swimmer. She's had a rough summer due to a bruised heel bone and anemia, along with all the other drama being 14 years old brings. Her swim season had been a disaster until last week when things began to fall into place for her again.

Yesterday she swam in the summer league regional meets, against kids from all over the Dallas/Ft Worth area. She swam 3 events, medaled in 3, and qualified for state in all of them. We go to state in 10 days.

My dh got this shot of her yesterday during warm ups. It's the most fierce looking shot we've ever gotten:

I was wondering if she was swimming this summer since you hadn't posted much about it. So exciting for you all, but especially wonderful for her! Congratulations to your daughter!!
