Hello everyone,
I used to have two cats that were fairly similar in age, my female was 4, my male was 2.and both were indoor cats. Unfortunately, my female died 2 months ago from a special digestive condition by my vet, I forget the name but my male since then has changed. He lost some weight, started having what it look like scabs on his neck and head and for the past week poos on my couch constantly and pees at odd places as well, like for instance my pillow during the night and that is why I am awake at this time.
I understand that a vet appointment is in order but to me, it looks more like some sort of depression/boredom behavior tha anything. I love my cat and my children love him to, we already lost a cat not too long ago and I dont feel like losing another one as well as buying a new one to entertain this one.
Any thoughts or ideas Id appreciate because i cant keep this up forever
