Where to get Cat House/Tree

What are the best places to get a nice big cat house/tree? I have three big cats, so I need a nice cat tree, those that are like 60 inches tall.. Where have you gotten yours? Which are good places with good prices?

I purchased mine from Amazon.

They have a lot of nice ones on there, just search "cat tree" & read up on the reviews of the item to make sure they are good quality!

I got an Amerikat(sp) tree from Petco. The same one can probably be found on the internet for less but then the shipping has to be added. They have all different sizes. The one I got is 72" tall and has two little houses along with the perches. I drooled over the Lotus tree for awhile but finally decided I couldn't justify spending that much. It came in a box and had to be put together. I had no trouble putting it together and I am not very good at that sort of thing.

I got mine off of ebay. Most of the good manufacturers are on there. we need a new one as the girls have outgrown the old one. One perch broke and I pieced it together with one we found out by the dumpster, and the other perch is too small for them to lay comfortably in.

I got mine years ago from Ebay. I think it was armarkat or something like that. I can post something better later. But I got a big tree for cheap. Shipping was expensive; but totally worth every penny! I think I paid like $70 or so. The tree is still in great shape today. My cats use it every day. I can post a pic of the tree later. I also got one for my mother's cats for not much more and it's even bigger!

If you know anyone really handy, you can get one made to your liking for the price of some wood, sisal rope and a bit of carpet (which you can get free).

This is an old pic; from when we first got our tree. By smart bidding on e-bay the tree was super cheap; even with the shipping it was less than I would have paid at petsmart or somewhere like that.


This is the one I got my mother for her house and 3 furbabies.

My husband made ours because the ones in the store were too flimsy and Bijou is a big boy! I have it in my spare bedroom right now and would love someone to take it off my hands since my condo is too small to accommodate this big cat tree.
