Welcome to the Forums!

Had you a contact with a vet? If not, this is what you must do. Priority nr 1.

Otherwise, there are several different possiblities. Ie, it is not uncommon such things happens.
Even experienced breeders having contact with vet do lose a litter now and then.

How is food? Is mom getting enough with good cat food? Is the mom milk flowing as it shall?
Are they comfortable? Not too hot, not too cold?
No stress?
Is the mom taking good care of them?

Is the mom healthy? What do the kittens have for symtoms?

Good luck!

the kitten is always tired. the mother stopped feeding them so we had to feed them ourselves. the mother cat barely spends time with them either. the kitten drink normal milk at a warm temperture. also the kitten has constant eye infections. The mother cats flow is good. the mother is healthy. The room temperature is warm. not to hot not to cold. The room is also fairly quiet as im gone through out the day and is normally dark.the mother constantly eats so i don't believe that is the problem.

When you say "normal milk," do you mean cat's milk or cow's milk?

Hand raising kittens is always difficult in the best of situations, and prone to heartbreak all too often.

If you mean regular cow's milk, that could be why. It doesn't contain the proper nutrients for cats. You can get kitten formula at almost any store that sells pet supplies. How often were you feeding them? How much? Were you feeding them from a bottle or from a dish? Plus, at 4 weeks it's time to start kittens on solids. Try mixing canned cat food with kitten formula until it's mushy and offer that to the kitten. If the kitten's eyes are goopy she might have an infection and needs antibiotics. A vet visit is necessary if you want to save her.

I hope you can save this last baby! Please consider having the mother cat spayed so this doesn't happen again.

Right, cows milk isnt good for kittens. If you cant get good kitten formula (= mother substitute milk) - goat milk is OK for kittens and grown up cats,
if you can get it.

How is the poo?

This you say the kittens (now only one?) is always tired hints there is something going on. Not proper food, or not sufficient with food, may be one reason...
But you tell the mom had enough with milk as long as she did gave them milk...

And as said, a visit to a good vet who knows cats and kittens, is recommended here.

You can at the same time let spay the mom cat. I presume you are not a breeder?? If you are not eager to have more litters, please do spay. The cat and your neighbours you will see it as improvement in yours live.

Good luck!
