I like any kind of nuts, but my favorite are almonds. Cashews are ok, but they are a little too sweet for me. The only kind I really don't care for is walnuts. They are ok baked into something, but too bitter on their own. Unfortunately, I've had some teeth pulled so eating any kind of nut now is a challenge

I like pistachios best. Then cashews. I do like walnuts, but only if they're fresh or else they go bitter. I used to pick all the hazelnuts (filberts) out of the nut mix when I was a kid because they were my favorites but now they're just sort of average to me (although I do like hazelnut coffee. . .).

I love all nuts (except cashews, lol) but I LOVE fresh pecans! My dad planted about a dozen papershell pecan trees around our house when I was little, we ate them for decades. Older pecans found in nut mixes are nothing like the fresh ones, fresh pecans are sweet and juicy!

Me too, they are my favorite nuts, followed by pistachios and sunflower seeds. I really like nuts, no pun intended
I prefer to eat them because they are supposedly healthier than other snacks and give you lots of protein..

Probably pecans. I use them in salads and in crusts for chicken and pork. I add them to sauteed veggies. And I bake with them. DH and I will sit down with a small bowl of pecans for a snack. I like to make sugared nuts or spicy nuts for game nights and will add a nice handful of pecans to the nut mix.

DH is probably more into cashews than pecans, though.
