Maybe she is decompressing? All those days of no phones, radios, computers, televisions.......she probably has to enter back into reality gradually.

Well who cares what Heidi needs? We need Heidi!

...BTW - I just remembered. I think she flies back tomorrow, not yesterday.

(Heidi - hope you had a blast! I just miss you!)

I'm here! I'm here!!!

I flew in about 2 hours ago, and had to make up with Trent who is mad that I was gone for a week. Silly kitty. Ophelia isn't too terribly impressed that she has to share Daddy again.

The team did really well. My Dad made the President's 100 (only the top 100 out of about 1300 shooters make the cut, and it is one of the most prestigious matches we shoot all year).
He's been trying to make it for 14 years, and finally got it all together and I am SO happy I was there this year to share it with him. We had 2 of our 2-man Junior teams in the top 20 teams for the Whistler Boy Team Match, and our 6-man Junior team was 3rd Junior Team in the National Trophy Team Match, also quite a feat! One of our kids (relative term, he's 17) shot a 492 out of 500 and was the TOP civilian shooter on the whole line for 6-Man Team day. In fact, he beat all but 4 of the Military shooters which is quite impressive. Dad was the coach for the team, and he got this kid to shoot a better score from 600 yards than anyone on the Marine Corps team that won the whole thing. Dad rocks!

I had so much fun out there, and met Christy which was a blast. Tomorrow it's back to the grind, so I need to try to get caught up here tonight. Wish me luck!!

P.S. I missed all of you guys too!!!
