Who are you calling an old lady!?

To maybe answer your question; my DH takes some different supplaments in the pill form. There is a vitamin here called Osteo Bi-Flex that he likes. He says it helps with his knees. He gets in and out of a high truck all day. He also takes fish oil supplaments; in a pill form. DH is 30 and has been doing this for a few years now.

At first I thought this thread was going to be for hands-free pushups type of supplements.

Personally, when I'm older I'm going to take proper amounts of HGH and testosterone to get to regular levels for a 20ish year old. Not freakish body builder levels with the plethora of side-effects, just regular levels. From all the research I've done, its natural for hormone levels to drop past late 20s and be quite low by your 50s, and this accounts for many of the effects of aging from increased fat, decreased muscle mass, weakening bones, reduced libido, even memory issues, etc.

Aside from a multivitamin, I'm convinced the rest of the stuff is just snake oil. The older really fit guys are simply combining exercise, good nutrition, and HGH/testosterone managed by a physician to remain youthful (and then pretend that's not the case and make money marketing the bogus stuff). Unfortunately, too many, especially young people, are abusing it so horribly for non-medical reasons that the government cracks down far too hard on it, but there are plenty of physicians that can prescribe it to older guys that can benefit from it.

If we ladies didn't peek and answer, this would be a very, very, very, very, very, short thread.

Extremely short.
