Awwwwww... that sucks, especially about Kurt. I think I could buy that Kurt was a freshman when the show started. But what about Puck? He was a junior when the show started - is Mark Salling going to go after this season?

I'm not sure the show can survive constantly rotating its cast... hmm.

On the other hand, I'm glad Lea Michele will get a break for her voice. There were some points in the second season where I was really worried for her.

They are going to graduate cast members in real time, so as the seasons go by, cast members will be replaced.

I agree about a show failing due to constant cast changes. However, Law and Order was successful despite the cast changes, well that is until the last cast change which didn't work at all and finally led to the show's cancellation. House on the other hand changed its cast and crashed in the ratings and ended up bringing back much of its original cast again.

I'm going to miss Kurt the most!

There is a Glee Project reality show doing a search for Glee talent. I didn't know it was to replace cast members. I thought it was to add to the mix.

i think they are going to shift the focus more onto the teachers at the school and less on the students so that the cast changes aren't as traumatic to the viewers

I would stop watching it if all the 25+ year old actors never graduated from high school! It was bound to happen, and I think it will help keep it fresh by having new characters coming through.
