Does your cats like hanging around the computer?

So Misa here everyday goes on the computer to look at the window..She and Francis love the computer counter for some reason...





So does anyone here have cats that are addicted to computers or the computer counter. Oddly enough the computer is in our kitchen.

Our cats only like hanging around the computers if WE'RE around the computers.

They don't really hang out on the computer desk but if we're sitting here they like to jump up onto our laps, especially Kaymen

Aw! But why is that cats like computers desks, especially the chair.? I guess it's very comfortable. lol

Yes, which can be annoying at times. I don't mind laying in m lap or laying on the computer (it is very toasty), but the pawing at the screen or standing on my keyboard blocking the screen can be a bit much.

I betcha most cats were not happy about the switch from comfortable warm big CRT monitors to these energy efficient to thin to lay on LCDs! BOOOOOO!!!!

Maybe they want to check out the high-tech mouse! My cousin's cat loves to lay beside the Cpu, probably because of warm air blowing from it..

The computer room is the only room in the house kitties are not allowed. My dh keeps it a mess and has cords all over, and it houses his beautiful guitar collection. His head would explode if they knocked one over. He lets them sit with him when he is playing outside that room, and they love it.

it's funny because i remember around 6 months ago, my Pepz broke the spacebar on my keyboard. she also like to sit in front of my monitor so i can take a clear look at her instead of the computer. or she also steps on my laptop. and anything new that keeps my busy such as the speaker. i guess she's just jealous.
