Hi all,On 15 of june my cat was walking around as if he was drunk(thought he had had a stroke)but took him to the vest and it turned out to be vestibula syndrome which is some thing deep in the ear to do with balance,he was given a steroide jab anp picked up a few days later,but come friday he,s back the same as when it started and cant have another jab till this fri coming(only 1 a month)has any body elses cat had this and got better,thanks shirl ps the cats name is baz.

An antibiotic is usually prescribed for this condition because there is infection deep down in there. I would question the vet as to why an antibiotic has not been prescribed. Steroids weaken the immune system and may not be the best treatment.
