"Hello! We are looking for an ideal couple / young professional to sublease our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 715 sq ft. apartment near Downtown Silver Spring. We're moving for a job in NYC and our lease is due to end on November 30th. This lovely apartment will be available starting from July 1st, but we are flexible with the move-in date. *WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE OVER THE LEASE UNTIL NOVEMBER 30th*. This unit is UNFURNISHED.
This building is only one year old, built in March of 2010. There's a balcony that looks overlooks the park, and you view the Washington Monument and the Capitol directly from our apartment. It's beautiful at night.
Large windows, carpet, LOTS of sunlight, walk in closet, w/d in unit, lots of cabinet space, new stove & oven. Granite counter tops, new refrigerator with ice makers, and built in microwave. Cable ready with either Fios or Comcast.
Cats / dogs are OK with a fee, and parking is available for a monthly fee.
Security deposit of $350, and credit check + application fee is required by the leasing office. Once you are approved, you will take over our lease.
Water + electric bill usually comes out to $50 monthly, and you also need to get home insurance.
There is a 24/7 concierge, a club room with a pool table, huge flat screen tv's, a game room that offers PS3, WII, and XBOX games, complimentary free Starbucks coffee, chess table, checkers table, a shuffle board, and iMac computers and access to printers. There's also a gym, and a conference room. The leasing office also offers cool stuff like "movie nights" when they show a movie and offer free pizza, drinks, and snacks. They really take care of their renters, and they make this place wonderful. There's also a grill outside, and a rooftop where there's free wi-fi up there, and you can tan too if you wanted to. You can also pay rent online, or ask them to repair stuff online, or can call at anytime.
The Silver Spring metro is about a 5 minute walk, and there are also TONS of buses that leaves from that station that takes you to DC, Takoma, Bethesda.. etc. Downtown Silver Spring is also a 10 minute walk. Giant and a 24/7 CVS is a 2 minute walk along with Mamma Lucia, Oriental East and other restaurants."
Thanks for looking!
