Is there a most beneficial time of day to give a cat her probiotic? The probiotic is mixed into the food

First meal of the day, after about a 10 hour fast? Last meal of the day, so it works in her overnight? Middle of the day when there is already food in her system?

Thanks for any insight or experience shared

I give all the vitamins/supplements in the morning feeding. With Lysine, because it's important it stay in the system, I give twice a day.

Per my vet, first meal of the day - just mix it in the wet meal.
Because Bugsy takes a small daily dose of antibiotics in his stomatitis meds, I asked his vet if Proviable-DC would affect it, he said nope, it would be a-ok. I still prefer to give it in the am, and the meds in the PM (proviable says separate by 1-2 hours).

For align, personal experience (because I talk
) I have to take in the morning right before my first meal, otherwise I can feel the effects of not taking it
. So I make sure I take it first thing in the morning. Following my personal experience, I do the same thing with Bugsy - first meal in the morning, and I make sure he eats the whole thing.
