Hee hee hee...

.............................. Da Bird!!!!!!! (click the name for link!)

It's a big hit already! They chased & jumped for nearly 30 minutes straight. Lots of growling and hissing when they'd catch it and try to stalk off with the prey

Now to get some more fun attachments! The version I bought (in the link above) came with only one.

Congrats! My kittens love that toy! I bought a refill of all of the various styles, and their favourite is the sparkle one because it makes lots of noise.

They've pretty much destroyed all of the refills already and I have to order more.

Da Bird is a big hit. This is how Simon passed out yesterday after playing for about 25 minutes. Stone cold asleep, y'all!

Amazon! Mine was $6, with free shipping via Prime. Just need more attachments, which don't look too bad! Plus, the boys LOVE, like L.O.V.E., the box Da Bird came in! lol! I'd say it's like 48x4x4, so it's a long, slim tunnel, and they play with it for hours, going in and out and dragging it all over the house.

I'm in Canada too and I've never seen it in the store.

I buy my refills from here. I see they also sell the actual Da Bird as well. They ship really fast and are located in Canada.

Unfortunately Amazon.com is for USA customers and they won't ship to Canada. We have to use Amazon.ca which is mostly a book site.

These two love to jump for the feather attachment:

But you GOTTA try the mouse attachment! I have to be careful because they go insaaaaaaaaane for it.

The only problem is that after they catch it, its tricky trying to get it back from them, unlike the feather which is easy.

I didn't realize JustJayde was in Canada (even though it says it on her info....
lol!)

Great video! And I can imagine it would be difficult... there is a lot of growling and hissing going on when the feather is caught, and a couple times I risked fingers trying to get it unhooked from teeth, lol! But I'm sure it will be a lot of fun anyway.

I hope I can find it one day what a riot it seems to be.

Yup this! Amazon.ca is crap and amazon.usa won't send 90% of their items to canada. Thanks for the link I am going to check it out!

Da Bird is a big hit here, too, with all the kitties! Even Hannah will get excited about "capturing" it!
You might want to get the 12-pack of bird refills.

I actually just ordered this instead - the 12-pack was tempting (especially since it was the same price for more toys), but I really wanted to try the kitten poof and mouse attachments. I've got Prime shipping so it should get here Friday or Saturday!

We can't have the mouse or the rabbit foot looking attachment because Tumbles won't give them up when he "catches" them. He growls and hisses at us when we try to get them away so we can continue playing. We can have the sparkly thing and the regular bird feathers, but that's it.

Awww... yeah, I'm a little nervous about that, too. Garfunkel in particular was hissing and swatting once he caught the feather. There wasn't too much of it tonight during playtime, but they did just get out of the vet with 3 vaccinations each, lol, so maybe they were feeling lethargic. Hopefully these attachments will be a good investment!

I have one of those sparkly things on a short pole now - they love that, too!

My cats don't like the mouse one. Plus I find it hard to fling around. I prefer the feathers because they actually seem to flutter in the air instead of thud to the ground. But my kittens prefer the sparkle one because of the noise.

The poof one is cute, but it's not really practical. Mine was destroyed after the kittens caught it a couple of times. Because of the fluffy nature of the feather, it's very fragile.
