Are eggs ok for kittens?

I have a 10 week old kitten, Socrates, who is being fed wet and dry food. Yesterday he ate some of my scrambled egg and today pulled a whole fried egg off my plate and growled at me while he ate it! I figure it must be something he needs, but I need advice re amount and frequency.

I would not feed cats any kind of human food at all. Some foods are even toxic to them.

You can actually feed them yolks, just not the white of the egg. But it is really best to keep them on pet food which has all the nutrients and supplements they need.
