werid cat! help

So my cat is 16wks she is a normal nice cat.
When i vacuum she gets scared then wont come out until i go get her, in then which she is attached to me for hours after ?, when i clean her litter box she insist on scratching and smelling me she will try and take her poop away (I mean she will go in the back that its in and sit on it, explain? what do i do, how do i make her understand there is not need to be scared

It's not unusual at all for cats to be afraid of the vacuum. It's probably MORE unusual to find a cat that isn't afraid of it... I'm not sure I understand what you mean about cleaning the litterbox?

All of my domestic cats are scared of the vacuum cleaner. Some where not as kittens/young adult cats. But as they became adults they became frightened of it.

My F3 Savannah loves the vacuum since he was a kitten. The older he gets the more he loves it. He gets excited whenever he see's it like a dog would . I am glad he likes it cause I vacuum up cat hair, litter and broken items from him a lot .

I also do not understand the second part of the OP so not sure how to answer it either sorry.
