Bought TOTW

I have decided on TOTW. I got a trial bag and a regular small bag. I have been giving them as treats and I put some in his feeder. But when he smells the other food that I mixed it with, he turns away. Should I just empty his feeder and put just the TOTW?

That's exactly how our kitty's responded when we added TOTW to their diet. I would still try to transition them so as to avoid any tummy upsets.

Whenever I mix foods my kitties just pick out the pieces of what they want Picky little buggers aren't they?

Well, I finally poured out all the food in his feeder and put in just TOTW. And he dove right in. After he ate a few bites, a couple of minutes later he went back and ate more. He chewed some and swllowed some whole. So far no throw ups. So I guess he likes it.

Well I am glad your likes his new food. Lets hope it does not upset his stomach or make him vomit. Congratulations on making your kitty happy . Let us know how he does on TOTW.

Well after 24hrs on TOTW, no vomiting, no trying to cough up hair balls. He dives right in and seems happy.

That is great . Let us hope that since you did not transition (at least I do not think you did ) him onto the TOTW that his G.I. tract likes it as much as his taste buds .

Have they changed the formula for TOTW? I had been feeding this as treats to my cats and they went nuts for it. When I ran out, I didn't replace the bag right way. Now I have another bag, and they aren't interested

Recently, one of my cats turned up his nose at the last of a 15-lb bag (he'd lunge for my roommate's cat's iams, though). I compared the ingredients list and analysis with the previous bag that I had folded up and put in the bottom of the closet where I keep the food, until I could remember to throw it away. Zero difference between the two. My other cat was still eating it, though.

My boy lost so much weight I tried the Solid Gold Indigo Moon (gotta love premium cat food marketing) and Before Grain's salmon flavor , and he'll eat both of those and has plumped back up again, so I think I'm going to stick with them.
