I know this has been talked about many times, but my particular issue has not been addressed - my cat pees on things and it is obviously related to him not getting his own way or he is unhappy with something. He is an inside only cat, but we do let him outside for short times some days. Trouble is, he wants to be outside most of the time. Inside he has 2 clean litter trays and fresh grass. But he still pees on anything left on the floor eg mats, clothes, towels, papers etc. And if I go away, he pees in my bed or other things.
Biggest issue is that when he doesn't get his own way ie going outside, he will pee on something while he looks at me.
He once had a UTI and now has special dry food to keep that under control. He is a Norwegian Forest Cat that we got 6 years ago from the RSPCA. He is not the friendliest of cats, but does like me better than the males of the household. All help greatly appreciated.
