Morning all!

Beautiful day here today and I'm in a GREAT mood! Dana and I got some really good news yesterday. We both got raises we weren't expecting, and his was fairly substantial!
So nice to know that our hard work is finally starting to pay off!

Working from home today and now that Canada Post is back to work, I'm looking forward to getting some mail I've been expecting.
Hope you all have a great day!

HI Kailie.

I feel so out of the loop, I haven't had much time on the forums, we've been sooooooooo busy.

I am back to babysitting 7 days a week for the Summer, plus my own 3 boys are home. Craig is on holidays for 2 weeks and it just seems like everyday is packed full of stuff.

Today it's gorgeous out, thsi week is Salmon Festival week here so everyday there's activities going on, WOOT WOOT!

WOOT WOOT to yours and Dana's raises, Kailie! That's always fun

Morning!

It sunny and breezy this morning-have the windows open to get some nice air in the house.

I went to a first care clinic last night after work to get my tetnus booster and she looked at my puncture and said it looked good. But painful to walk so I basically did nothing but recline on the sofa with my foot up. Went to bed early too-real early but should have carried the tylenol upstairs as I had to hobble downstairs at 3 am as I was in a bit of pain. I'll have to see how work goes today being on my feet the entire time.

So I'm not planning anything because of this injury.

Saw yet another stray? cat this morning. I have to contact a shelter for the one that is in the garage and I think she may be pregnant too. So this is 4 younger cats I have seen in a week time frame. Not sure if they are same litter or not they look same size but the one this morning ran off.

So that's my day, you all have a good one!

Good morning all
Larry is off work today. Perfect day too, nice breeze, sunshine and in the seventies. We will walk the dogs, (Wilbur will sit in his stroller though
) Henry his brother is still able to handle walks. Have to go to Kohl's and make some returns. Then we will try to get in a bike ride
.

Gail - It does seem to be a never-ending stream of stray cats this year. I saw another new black cat yesterday sitting out by the feeding staion. I guess, I will have to set the trap, AGAIN.........

Enjoy your day

Lauren

Good afternoon. Nice and warm and half sunny here today. Humid though, which is kind of odd.. oh well.

Congrats Kailie and Dana on the raises!

I went and stocked up on cat litter at PetSmart this morning, picked up some Rxs, and then took to the task of cleaning out both litterboxes really well. I scoop everyday, but only change out the whole box maybe twice a year. I think because of the humidity and heat the past few days, the boxes started to get stinky, and yesterday the spare room (litterbox room) started to smell like a litterbox room. YUCK.
I do not take kindly to having my house smell like a litterbox. So everything is nice and clean and vacummed and and not stinky anymore.

Now I'm tired out from all that heavy lifting. No other real plans for the day. Leftovers for dinner so I don't even have to cook. Tomorrow, though, I am going to try my hand at homemade ravioli. Should be interesting.

Well have a good day everyone!!
