Good morning!

Do you have any big plans for the rest of the year?

I'm going to a family reunion in July and I may be going to Hawaii in September.

I love the idea of going to Hawaii! Alas, as far as I know, we have nothing like that going on.

DH and I will visit with my GF in Connecticut in the fall, spending time with her, shopping and bringing Mutsu apples home to make applesauce. And my sister and I are planning a long weekend in New York City right before Christmas. We're taking the train, so neither one of us has to drive. I'm looking forward to getting away for awhile.

I will be working our church's fireworks both for a couple of evenings. Plus I took 3 days off to help at their Vacation Bible School. And maybe in Sept, we are going to rent a car and go see DH's mom. We haven't seen her since Dec when we were down for Dad's memorial. It is very hard coming up with the funds to go. Our car will not make it there and back so we need to rent one.

Not really big plans... but at least 2 maybe 3 more trips to Texas and back before the year is out. Ugh ugh ugh. You know it's too much when you start recognizing strangers at the airports.

Mostly Russ and I will be going to his home down the Jersey Shore. I love going there and looking out at the ocean and just having some quiet time. Nightlife there is always so much fun, I love sitting in open bars and eating fresh seafood. Possibly driving to Atlantic City and seeing some celebs we like, I'm not a gambler so I enjoy going to the shows. Since we would be down the Shore already, Atlantic City would be very close.

He keeps asking me to go to Australia with him, I'm still not keen on flying tho and know I'm missing out on seeing one of the most beautiful places in the world. My bad. Other than the Shore, we may go to NY and see a couple of Broadway Plays.

Not much really. My usual long weekend to NYC around Thanksgiving. I might take a quick trip to Colorado to visit family. Other than that, not a whole lot. Well, the contractors will be gutting and putting in a new bathroom if you consider that a big plan. I do anyway

I am also going to a family reunion in July in Door County, WI. Also in late September we are going to Sedona, AZ to see my FIL and then we are taking a driving trip through Moab, Utah and on to Denver, Colorado to see my SIL. That is more than I can handle though, being away from my cats.
