ROSIE AND JACK FOUND A SPIDER

JACK CHILLING IN THE CONSERVATORY

IT'S SO HARD BEING ME!

LATE SUNDAY NIGHT I HEARD BANGING ON THE CONSERVATORY DOOR, WHEN I WENT THROUGH TO SEE WHAT THE KIDS WERE UP TO, THERE WAS THE LITTLE GIRL UP THE STREET THROWING HERSELF AT THE DOOR LIKE SHE USUALLY DOES BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO PLAY

CAN'T YOU COME OUT TO PLAY??? (ME : NO THEY CAN'T AND YOU SHOULD BE IN BED!!)

I just love your kids!
Funnily enough they only eat spiders and flies. Others like the ladybird or any other insect they just bat about?

In my head, your voice always comes across as a stern English schoolmarm...

I love seeing pictures (and the great captions) of your little monkeys!

I've never had luck getting Holland interested in chasing bubbles... it's been a while, maybe I'll give it another shot.

So...are Rosie and Jack best buddies again? It kind of looks like it
.

Rosie has the cuties expressions. She reminds me of Chewbaca from the Starwars movies

as usual great pictures. I didn't realize sophie was a chubster

And my cats love bugs, but they wont kill them. Tinker stares at them, and Wilbur walks around looking at them, then pats them to make them move. No killing at all. damnit.

Do you have those Asian lady beetles (orange ones) over there, too? Here in the US they are quite a nuisance. And they stink!!!

Your kids are adorable. I love that last picture of Rosie!

Yes thanks, their getting there but very slowly. Their cuddling up again and Jack's getting head baths from her.

The problem i'm having at the moment is that Rosie is scared to come downstairs on her own
I think she has bad memories of when Jack went for her down there, so when l get home from the office in the afternoon l carry her downstairs and she sits with us in the conservatory. Jack still has the odd moment at night when he looks at her and swishes his tail, and really he's quite intimidating towards her, so if she bops him on the head like she has done l just let her because he has to know she's the boss!

She'll get there eventually, it's just patience, and l have that

They are adorable, just absolutely adorable! I love looking at pictures of your kids!
That last picture of Rosie? Priceless!

We have nip parties here, too. Usually right before I'm ready to vacuum, I'll get the container of nip and put six little piles in various places on the living room floor. Each cat gets his or her own little pile. They eat and roll to their hearts' content. I'll give them about ten or fifteen minutes of nip time, then we all go to the kitchen for a good snack. Then I carry them, one by one, back to the bedroom and flop them on the bed. They curl up for a nice, long nap and I clean the house while they're sleeping off their nip-high.
