Thanks guys! We are back. They didn't have to do blood tests, and no sedation, woo hoo! The vet said he looks good, she's not concerned, but sent off a sample of his stool to be analzyed for parasites or whatever. She said she looked at a sample and didn't see anything, but you don't know for sure until its analyzed by a lab.
It was surprisingly easy getting him into the carrier - considering that he weights 22 pounds, is a very solid cat, and was hissing and squirming. He was even not too bad at the vets office, definitely hissing and growling, but not as bad as he act sometimes. So the vibes definitely worked

Currently he is having some lunch (as a special treat) and pretty much totally over it. Tonight he starts on a special diet, so I wanted him to have his normal food now.
Poor Cindy on the other hand is under the bed. She saw the carrier this morning and took off running. Bye Swan! Good luck! See you when you get back!
