Puss in Boots - The Movie

So just saw the trailer released for Puss in Boots (doesn't release until Nov4th):

So whatcha think? Hit or flop? I really liked the first Shrek, but felt the sequels were kinda "meh".

Who cares if it's good? It's Antonio Banderas! *swoon*. Too bad it's just his voice. . .but good enough!

I enjoyed all of the Shrek movies enough. May not have been great, but weren't unwatchable. I'm sure this one will be OK. It would be great if it could be as good as the first Shrek movie, but even if it doesn't hit that level I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

It's about time! When Puss in Boots first appeared in Shrek he outshone every other character in the film IMO. If the story is good I am sure it will be a hit.

I can't WAIT to see it! Not sure if it can live up to the first Shrek, but I'm sure it'll be cute all the same.

I knew there was one coming out- didn't know when.

Puss is so funny LOL. I said that if we ever get an orange kitty (NOT NOW) it will be named Puss in Boots LOL.

Between that movie and the new Mupppet movie- maybe I'm going to have to borrow someone's small child (I have teenagers) so that I can see them LOL.

Meh, the "kids" media is so often written to work on multiple levels for people of different ages, I don't think there is much stigma anymore.

I'm a big fan of the muppets from when I was a sub-adult, and if its good would proudly rock that too with my 30 year old self... heh! I'd just have to think of something manly to do every once in a while. *rips chest hair off with fist and burps loudly*
