OMG! I love them like that! Even my brussells sprout disliking hubby will eat them like that. :-D

And we are still great friends now 30+ years later . This particular incident came about one night that they both spent the night with me, probably mid-spring or so.... It was nice enough that we had both windows in my room open. Once we got ready for bed, we crawled in my queen size bed, one of them on each side, and me in the middle with my head at the foot ( don't ask, I don't know, lol!). We were lying there in the dark, talking, when all of a sudden "BLAM!".... none of us had any idea what it was, just that it came from the vicinity of one window. And the friend next to the lamp was too terrified to turn on the lamp for a good five minutes, lol!!! I had in my room an old stereo- one with a tv in the middle, a radio on one end with a lid and a record player on the other end, also wiith a lid.... Made of good, solid wood.......one of those lids was up, until a breeze slammed it shut- scaring the crap out of all three of us! Took a while to get calmed down, to say the least!



That's pretty skinny for today, but I've used up all my questions. Must see if I can dream up a few more. Hope you've had a good week.
