I was sitting at a stop sign about to take a right and a guy comes flying around the corner. He cut the corner too close and crashed into my NEW car! I have only had the car for two weeks and I loved it sooo much.
It "was" an Audi A4 1997. Now is it broken! He got the bumper, the fender, the grill, the hood, radiator, and even the engine casing is broken! My poor car

No one was hurt, thank goodness. He was driving his neighbors car, i felt kinda sorry for him for a minute until I remembered how fast he was flying around the turn, ugh!
So now it's time to fight with the insurance agencies...not fun!

Yikes! Are you okay?
The damage looks terrible, and I hope the insurance will cover everything!

Thanks, I am ok except my neck and back are pretty stiff. I might have the doctor look at it in the morning if it gets worse.
I am more concerned for my car. This is the first car that I have actually liked. The other cars I have had (3) were chosen out of necessity not because I have liked them. Ugh! It can be fixed, might take a while though.

sorry to hear you were in an accident
glad you were not hurt either. Ya, audi's are nice! We have a lexus (an is300) and my husband would die if that thing ever got even slightly tapped. He gets pissy when he sees a scratch on it even.

Movin' on up!
go to the doctor. You need a full set of skull, neck and spinal films, to rule out any permanent damage. If you don't get it documented right away, you'll never be able to collect, later. It is possible to have small fractures, that can be aggravated later.

Cars are relatively easy to fix, people aren't.

Oh my gosh Ginger! I'm so glad you weren't hurt. I think you should see a doctor still though in case there is something wrong and you can't tell yet. Like katl8e said, you'd want it documented for insurance purposes at least.

I hope they can fix your car too!

I agree! I once had a wicked accident (long story but no one else's car was damaged, certainly not the guy tailgating me who drove off and left me on a snowey road in the boonies of the adirondack mts.), and in shock drove my damaged car (rear quarter panel stove in, right up to the gas tank, and lift-back door buckled up) over 100 miles home and then tried to go in for my 12 hour nursing shift...not! By the time I'd been on shift for less than 2 hours, I was maybe 12 hours post-accident and my neck was in serious pain..went to the er of my hospital and they found a strained neck and whiplash.

I hope you feel better soon, please find out what's what, and take it easy (and I hope your car is either fixable and insurance pays or that you get your full purchase price back and in the mean time a free rental car!)

I don't know why they let those kind of jerks on the road. At least you're okay.

My baby was totalled last year so I understand what you're feeling.

I just read about the stiffness. Go to a doctor ASAP!

I have a heart condition as a result of my accident last year from the seat belt, believe it or not.

Go, go, go.

Steven and I are hosting a BBQ tomorrow morning for 100 people. I won't be able to make it in to the doctor until about 4pm tomorrow afternoon. I will try to take it easy until then. Hopefully I will feel good enough to have a BBQ

I will keep ya'll posted on the doctor's orders!

So sorry to hear about the accident and the damage to your car.
I am just very glad you weren't seriously hurt. I agree with the others though, you need to see a Dr. as soon as you can to make sure you are really alright. Keep us posted!
