Could I get some vibes for a friend please?

The wife of my best friend had a full hysterectomy done yesterday because of a very large cyst. It turns out that she has stage 1 cancer. I just got the news about the cancer a few minutes ago. I don't what any of it means. Any vibes you can spare would be great. Thanks.

What a shock! Glad she got it tended to--and early as the earlier poster said. That was really the best outcome you can get with a cancer. Stage 1 means very early, and most times, simply removing the lesion is curative (which they've done!)

Hope she feels better soon. That's a rough surgery!

I had this same surgery a few months ago. I'm sending prayers and vibes to your friend that the worse is over for her now. Stage 1 cancer has an excellent prognosis and I'm so glad it was discovered in time!!! Her recovery time may be a little rough and there might be some depression that follows. She'll need the support of a good friend like you!! My own recovery was sped up when Turtle was brought into my life. Your friend will be in my prayers

I wanted to pass along my friend's thanks and appreciation for your well wishes. He called me this morning with some good news. When they did the procedure the other day they also took did a number of tests on her lymphnodes and the results came back this morning, the cancer didn't spread anywhere else, which is a huge relief.
