Man! These 2 together are just too cute for words! Spencer is coming up on 9 months and Abby is going to be 13 years.
Abby is definitely enjoying her Alpha status
Katie has made progress and can now lay near Abby on occasion: a few inches, not touching. I see Abby and Katie playing (chasing or head bopping each other on the cat tree) occasionally. However, Spencer is more of a Meowmy's boy and hasn't really bothered Abby much.
The last couple of days I've been him and Abby interacting more. Spencer tries to play with her, but she sits near him and glares at the poor boy. He lstretches out and lays flat on his tummy and inches towards her. Sometimes he will sit about 6 inches from her and they just stare at each other. Eventually Abby bops him on the head and he does a summersault and lays on his side/back with his head towards her and just watches her. Not a peep from either of them!
So Abby is making sure she stays the Alpha kitty in her castle!
