female siamese problem fighting

The problem is with my 3 year old female Siamese cat named Horus. For almost the last year her attitude has been changing. We have 6 Siamese cats and they used to all get along. She used to be very laid back and loving but as time went by she became more distant from the other cats and she has bullied her sister from the same litter. She has not messed with any of the other cats but this one. It is not fair to Cyrus to be afraid to walk around our house in fear of Horus but we love Horus and are hoping to not have to get rid of her. I don't know if it's got to stem back to her first litter which she had around the time she started changing because every litter since then she has killed every other litter so I am at a lose. I just want our Horus back to her old self. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Shes killing her own kittens? The first step would be to get her fixed ASAP. Is her sister fixed? If not I would have her spaded at the same time and see if that helps.

No none of our cats are fixed we were thinking of getting the males fixed. I know she doesn't need to have anymore litters but what I don't understand is what would getting the sister cat fixed change the situation?
