Peeings Issues - Not Typical

My cat is roughly 12 years old and she has a peeing issue, not marking peeing. I had to move into my parents home and they have a cat who has lived here for 10 years and basically my cat will pee in the other two bed rooms on the top floor that the other cat hangs out in but not in mine. I have a litter box in mine and she can be kept in my room all day and will never pee on my things but if she get out of the room she will pee in either room. Its making the other household members mad of course so I want to resolve this as soon as possible.

I don't really understand why she does it. It's not medical and it's not marking- its full blown peeing. Most sites talk about cats refusing to use litter box but she uses it just fine when shes in my room. And if its because of the other cat why is full on peeing not just marking!?

I don't want to have to keep her in the room all day because its getting hot out and I can't keep the room cooled down with the door closed because there is not vent or AC unit in the room and I can't install an AC because the windows are funky and not possible for such a thing.

The other cat doesn't come into my room but has and I found them cuddling but he seems to not like in my sisters room because he considers that his room. Thankfully she doesn't leave the upstairs because of the dogs on the main floor but I need to get her to quit going in the other rooms and peeing on my siblings beds. The other cat only sprays as of recent on my sisters bed because she has gone in there and full on peed so with all the cat pee we are having a hard time keeping the peace in the house.

Does anyone have any clue as to why she does this or how I can get her to stop, the repellant sprays don't seem to work for her because she will just find another spot to pee. Also I think shes mad that I have to keep her in my room all the time but I can't have her peeing all over every thing.

I'm not totally sure why she's doing this unless she's peeing in places where there is old urine. If that's the case, she smelling another animal's urine and assuming it's ok to pee there. Can you add an extra box or two in the places she's going? Also, have you tried the plug in Feliway? If this is behavioral that may be an easy fix. If there is indeed old urine in the places she's using, you'll need to clean those places with an enzyme cleaner.

Have you had a urinalysis done? She may have a UTI. Sometimes the only symptom they show is suddenly peeing in new places and the only way to get her to stop is by getting her well.

I have a 7 month old kitten who has a peeing problem, but it too is not medical and I have had tests run. My question is that even if one uses an enzyme cleaner suhc as Urine-Off, it seems that she can still either smell it, or somehow still wants to use that spot. I am hoping that if I can keep her away from the spot for a time, she will lose interest.

This spot is carpet in a corner of a room and i really soaked it with the celaner. Then I dried it with a fan, rinsed it with clean water and a home rug cleaner and fan dried it again.

How long would you say they need to be kept away from the area?
