I'm Canadian and I even know what happened!!!

Heck, she didn't even know that Africa was a CONTINENT and was more concerned with how her wardrobe looked in the last election!

That girl really needs to go back and finish up school before I would consider her ready to run a country!!!

She met with Donald Trump a few days ago. I can't imagine what the 2 of them had to discuss. I only hope that it wasn't an idea to run together in the next election!

I can't help but wonder if she has some kind of mental deficit. She comes across as very ditsy.

I don't kow why, but that didn't even cross my mind! It would make a good sit-com though.

I really don't understand why she even tried to answer so obviously a baited question. If she had given anything but a verbatim textbook answer she was going to get whacked with it.

IMO, the perfect reply would have been to stare at the reporter for at least 2 full seconds, and then with an almost eye rolls say "Oh, come -onnnnnnn!". And then ignore that reporter for the rest of the session.

I'm not a Palin fan, and I would have like that one.

I'm sure many comedians are hoping she's elected next year!
I guess I am a comedian. I am hoping she will run.

She's not going to run.

And, as Charles Krauthammer says, she hasn't taken the opportunity to get schooled in public relations.

Strictly speaking, she meets the legal requirements for being President, and she has what President Obama didn't have, which is executive experience.

I strongly dislike her, but it has been shown time and again that if the cameras follow anyone long enough, they will embarrass themselves, and if they have the misfortune of being Republican, the press will make sure we all hear about it.
Hopefully she has an adviser who is intelligent enough to NOT let her run for anything. Of course, she has about as much chance of winning the primary as Donal Trump does. I would hope the Republicans learned their lesson from the last presidential election.

I think she is right where she wants to be - in the public eye making the news without having any real responsibility. If she ever manages to get elected to lead this country, look out Canada, here I come!

Anyone who says they know for sure is just blowing smoke. If she makes the decision NOT to run it would be based on her believing that the American people prefer Obama or a traditional Republican machine establishment candidate, and not someone for from the Tea Party. Anyone that comes along with a background like hers and makes us believe the country can be great again has a place on the national stage. You don’t have to be a dyed in the wool tea-partier. I truly believe that both Trump and Palin (T&P) have a common and serious role to play and could be very effective in doing so...

That said, I lean negative instinctively but am not stuck in neutral and will give credit where it is due. At least she been driving the issues from her Facebook page (for what it's worth) for 2 years and IMO arrived at a serious presidential level a long time ago. Some in the media are only now catching on. BTW, on the Revere account I have read history on both sides, don't believe the Africa story (disgruntled advisor) - and even if I did wouldn't be rude enough to trash Canadian politicians from this side of the line without a more balanced presentation.

Please feel free to trash!!! We've had 3 federal elections in under 2 years I think! During the most recent one, I actually stated here that I'm sorry to say that if Palin were running here, she would have my vote!

Though I must admit, our candidates were marginally smarter than she is.

I would hope the Democrats learned their lesson from the last presidential elelction. I think Sarah is going to run and I think America is ready for her.

I've been rooting for a Trump-Palin ticket. Just think of their slogan: "You're Fired - I Quit!!"

Executive experience, eh? I personally know a mayor from a Chicago suburb (25 times the size of Wasilla) that was the CEO of a major technology company on the side. He had more executive experience in his pinky than Palin has in her entire body. And don't forget she QUIT her job as governor. Although that could really be interesting to see a president of the U.S. quit the job because they didn't like it.

She won't run. She's making too much money from Faux News and her public speaking engagements.

Actually, I saw a clip tonight that showed Palin was asked nothing more loaded than words to this effect, "What has been the most memorable part of your visit with us?" *shakes head sadly*

I'm still fortunate enough to be able to escape from the country on vacation for a month or so every year. Just the simple economics of the situation should be sufficiently compelling reason to consider an alternative to the President. Trust everyone who voted for Obama is also out of this economic morass and financially better off in 2012 !!!

You should write up a skit for SNL just in case, god forbid, that happens.

The media is as much or more to blame for the continuous Palin sightings than she is.

This little article talks about a few of the failed VP candidates and the various paths they took. Honestly I can't remember any failed candidate continuing to get the media attention she has - good or bad.

Frankly I can't see her running for President. She's making more money, has a schedule that allows her to be with her family, and probably has more influence now than she would as President!

I heard one historian say she got it exactly right; Revere HAD warned the British not to try to take the Americans' weapons. That's how he knew that an operation was being planned.

The African thing has been disproved enough times to not even merit comment.

A bunch of liberals (Alec Baldwin, among them) said they would move to Canada if George Bush got elected. Then they said they would if he got re-elected. They're all still here, so that looks like a pretty hollow threat to me.

I would put money on her not running. Any takers?

It now appears that Palin supporters have had Wikipedia basically under siege, desperately trying to edit to Paul Revere article in order to make her "right".

Fairly typical. If you can't get the facts straight, change the facts.

Historians are a little like doomsday preachers. You can always find at least one saying what you want to hear. Saying that he "warned the British" after his capture is sort of like saying one of our most renowned patriots sang like a bird when he got caught.

It could also be pointed out that all the conservatives that were going to leave if Obama got elected are still here as well. Plenty of hollowness to go around.

A late splash in or a huge mess getting out ? She has almost backed herself into a corner at this point, with a decision still "weeks away." I'm not sure Romney can be nominated based on health care alone, but his resume and business experience + Sarah Palin's electricity and ability to relate to everyday Americans - unbeatable !!!

Nope, I think she will run.

I overheard a funny conversation the other day at work about Palin. The question was raised on whether or not she scares them. Of the roughly 20 people in the room, about 3/4 of them said that she scares them. 2 of them claimed to love her, and the rest remained silent. This is Kansas - one of the reddest states out there.

Unless her narcissism forces her to build up her ego further by running for president, I think her greed for making money from Faux News will win. Both personality types repel me.

If she runs, it will be a landslide against her.
Palin might seem too glitzy and inexperienced to be president, although that could easily change with a stand-out performance...but as the VP nominee or with the right copilot it is victory virtually guaranteed. Now are you scared?

Was a sample also taken of the number afraid of 4 more years of Obama ?

She likes the media attention. She's an attention whore. She doesn't do anything to avoid the media. If there is a camera anywhere in the vicinity, she's got her face (and mouth) front and centre.

Frankly she comes across as a ding-a-ling. I really can't see how she ended up with a position of Governor. I thought you had to be somewhat smart and well informed to get such a position. Maybe because it was in Alaska and no one else wanted it?

OK, whatever...Who said you had to be a journalist to engage in character assassination ?? On Friday, the State of Alaska will release more than 24,000 of Sarah Palin’s e-mails covering much of her tenure as governor of Alaska. The New York Times and Washington Post will have reporters in Juneau, the state capital, to begin the process of reviewing the e-mails, which we will be posting on their web sites starting on Friday afternoon E.D.T. These papers have even issued pleas for readers to volunteer to comb through the e-mails looking for something, anything, to smear her with.

No one in possession of even a small bit of sanity could look at these two stories and deny the liberal bias...and the fear of Palin.

As for the stupid meme, Sarah Palin was totally unknown in Alaska when she ran for Lt Gov in a primary and came in second. Still decently unknown she ran against an incumbent governor in a primary, beat him, then beat a former governor 48 to 40 in the general election. She did this with none of the things an unknown candidate usually has when he or she wins. She wasn't famous for anything. She wasn't related to a politician. She wasn't a multi millionaire. She was a two term mayor of a town of 6000 people. Before that city council and before that beauty queen She then whipped not one, but two, governors, went on to garner the VP nomination and the rest is history. I'm not saying she is brilliant or destined to elevate the conservative movement. But those who still underestimate her do so at their immense peril.

Have you ever seen the movie Idiocracy? If she should by some far out chance win, then it will confirm my suspicion that the country is heading in the same direction. That is what scares me. Palin is simply a representation of idiocracy at work.

"The thousands upon thousands of emails released today show a very engaged Governor Sarah Palin being the CEO of her state"

This is a great video by CNN showing that they are finding nothing so far other than awesomeness about Governor Palin.

Sarah Palin is exactly what she’s represented herself to be and this appears to be backfiring on the MSM. Kudos to this reporter on CNN for representing the truth of what they are finding. ;-)

If she ever does get elected, for the media to be relevant again, they would need to learn to be objective investigative reporters, rather than Democrat PR satellite offices.

They went through tens of thousands of emails in 4 hours? Wow, that was impressive.
