Hey everyone. My kittens are now 2 1/2 weeks old, and the mother keeps taking the kittens are hiding them somewhere outside the nest. It started with the biggest one- she would hide it in the corner, and I would have to keep putting it back. She eventually stopped doing this for a few days, but then started doing the same thing to the runt. She stopped this 2 days ago, and last night she was doing it with the biggest one again.
Why is she doing this? If she was acting like this with all the kittens, I wouldn't be as worried, but she has only done it to two of them, and never in the same time frame. I came home from work, and it was laying in the corner and seemed a little hungry, like it had missed the last feeding.
Why would she be doing this? There is nothing apparently wrong with the kittens- the runt seems to have a little more difficulty walking, but other than that they all seem very healthy.
