Good morning.

What is your normal sleep routine, or do you even have one?

Sleep routine? What's that?

I get to bed when I can (I may go to bed early, but I'm usually reading until midnight or so) and I'm usually up and moving around 4:00; Bootser won't let us sleep in any later than that....she wants her breakfast now and there's no changing her mind. I can't remember when I've had a really good night's rest.

During the week we usually go to bed around 10:30PM and wake up around 7:00AM. On the weekend we're usually in bed between 11-12 and awake around 8.

We go to bed around 11 or 12 and watch tv for half an hour. My husband gets up at 6:45 for work and I wake up whenever the dogs want me to.

i have not right now in order to Theresia wake up many times during the night...

I usually go to bed around 10 and get up 6:30 - 7. sometimes in the winter I turn on my electric blanket, go to bed around 9 and read

During the work week I try to go to bed around 9, but it usually is closer to 10pm. I set my alarm for 4:30, but the girls usually get me up some time between 3:30 and 4am. I'm always sleep deprived.

On the weekends I revert to night owl.....going to bed around 1 or 2 am, and getting up around 9 or 10. Even sleeping in on weekends doesn't seem to help my sleep deprivation much.

I used to go to bed by 10. Now usually in the early am hours. Doesn't matter what time I got to bed, I rarely sleep.

I really don't have one. I usually don't go to sleep until 12:30 am or 1 am.
