So I purchased an S Video cable from Radio Shack exactly 30 days ago, I use it to connect my computer to my TV. Last Monday I found one of the prongs was broken after getting black and white reception on my TV. I brought it back Saturday, first day I wasn't working, and they refused to exchange it without the package
! Who keeps the plastic package from a cable they never thought would break
??!! After talking for a while, this was the only reason, so I put the cable on the counter with the receipt and said "I will never by anything from Radio Shack again! Best Buy would never treat a customer this way...."
