Venting about poor customer service!!!!!!!

So I purchased an S Video cable from Radio Shack exactly 30 days ago, I use it to connect my computer to my TV. Last Monday I found one of the prongs was broken after getting black and white reception on my TV. I brought it back Saturday, first day I wasn't working, and they refused to exchange it without the package! Who keeps the plastic package from a cable they never thought would break??!! After talking for a while, this was the only reason, so I put the cable on the counter with the receipt and said "I will never by anything from Radio Shack again! Best Buy would never treat a customer this way...."

Buy another one then return the defective one in the package for a refund.

That is a great idea! I guess I was to mad to think of this..... But what if the same thing happens again, which is very possible with the quality of this cable.....

I think I am better off boycotting Radio Shack

I HATE RADIO SHACK.

If you need cables and such like that and you can wait a couple days, http://www.newegg.com has the best prices and are incredibly reliable! Otherwise, yeah, Best Buy or Microcenter are the places to be.
