Good morning dear Members of TCS!...…....Today is the turn of another member on the site... post here your daily questions for the member during a week, please ask all about you really wants to know and of course RESPECTING the own Privacy of our MEMBERS,...........The email, adress or another personal questions are not allowed!...

1.- ¿Do you know México?…as a country or as a city?
2.- ¿Wich part exactly? are you came by business or by vacations?
3.- Have you ever hearded about Mérida Yucatán México????.... Is the place where I´m live!….As you can see in Yucatán is located Chichen Itza (Mayan Ruins) one of the New 7 wonders of the Modern world!...

Rigel, I'll just bet that you got up at the crack of dawn to get this started, didn't you? Or knowing you, you probably watched the clock till it struck midnight, and then posted this.

Well, I guess I'm ready to face the gauntlet. I have my Monster Java sitting next to me - along with a big jug of water so I don't get dehydrated. And I made sure I took my vitamins. So here goes!

Yes, I know Mexico (as a country). I'd really like to visit there some day.

Never been there.

Just a few words. I can count to ten in Spanish: does that count?

No Spanish CDs. I wouldn't know what they were singing if I had any.

No.

Mexican food is my absolute favorite! I could eat it every day and never get sick of it! Just about every time we go out to eat we go to Taco Bell: I think Randall gets sick of it, but I sure don't!

8.-Do you like the Tequila?:...or else Mexican Alcoholic beverage?

I've never had straight Tequila shots (I don't think I could stomach it ), but I've had drinks with Tequila in them. I really like Margaritas - especially strawberry ones.

9.- Have you ever to sleeped in a hammock?

I've laid in one, but never slept in one. They're too hard on my back.

10.- Have you ever to saw the traditional mexican clothes?

Do you mean have I ever worn any?

Yes, I know of it, but have never been there although I'd really like to go sometime. I know of people who have gone there for vacation, and they say it's absolutely gorgeous!

I knew all my grandparents, although I didn't know my paternal grandpa too well: he died when I was about 5. My best memories would be of when we had holidays together - especially with my maternal grandma. We were really close, and I miss her dearly. I remember how she always took such great pains to wrap our gifts: they were always so pretty you didn't want to open them!

My favorite family vacation was to Disneyland: we went there with my aunt & uncle & cousins. It was a blast!

You're a good friend, Lauren. That why I love ya! Unlike some people we know!

It depends upon if it's sunny, cloudy, or rainy!

Mostly brown cuz it's covered in stray kitty footprints!

Welcome to the Spotlight! To start off, a few general questions, but there's a theme (mostly): Desert island, i.e. suppose you were stranded on one... and don't worry about the technology to support your choices, that will be taken care of somehow. Just dream...

1. What would be your five Desert Island CDs? They don't need to come from your own collection. Why would you choose these particular ones?

2. You might also want some reading material. What would be your five Desert Island books? Why?

3. What else would you like to have with you to occupy your time and your mind?

4. You'll also need food. If you could have only two or three foods and nothing else, what would you choose? Why?

5. If you could have one human companion, who would that be? Why?

This one is not part of the theme:

A computer! I'd never get bored with one of those! How could you, with the endless possibilities? Not only could you continue to learn anything you ever wanted to know, you could also stay in touch with family & friends! (you said technology wouldn't be a problem ).

Anything Mexican, pizza, and t-bone steaks cooked on the grill.

I can't choose just one: it would have to be my son & granddaughter. Why? Because they're the light of my life!

1) Pay off all my debts.

I've been thinking about this question ever since you posted it for the other members, and I'm at a loss. I'd dearly love to meet Adam Lambert & James Durbin because I really admire their singing ability & talent. And James is such a sweetheart!

But if I had to choose only one, I guess it would probably be Michael Jackson (RIP ). He gave us so much with his talent, and he was such a sweet, caring person who went thru so much in his life being persecuted by the media and those horrible people who accused him of those unthinkable crimes that he did not commit. If I believed for even one second that he did do those things, I would not support him as I don't condone child abuse (or any abuse, for that matter ). I'd like to give him a big hug and tell him how sorry I am that he had to endure such heartache.

All were rescues: I got Geronimo from my former vet's office. They didn't like him: they called him Lucifer. I think he was abused. I took him cuz I knew no one else would adopt him just by the way they talked about him. They were trying to push his littermates onto me, and kept telling me I shouldn't take him cuz he was "evil". Spencer was a feral living in the Wal-Mart parking lot. My roommate brought him home one day cuz he felt sorry for the poor guy (this coming from the same guy who told ME - "no more cats!" ).

Gabriel was rescued from the animal shelter back in Wisconsin (both him & my precious Maverick, the love of my life kitty ). They both came with me when I moved to Texas.

BlackJack was also another rescue: I got him from PetFinder, after losing Maverick. He reminded me so much of Maverick that I drove 100 miles to adopt him. It turns out that not only does he resemble Maverick, he also has a purrsonality so much like Maverick that it's downright spooky! He even likes to burrow under the covers with me like Maverick did.

Samurai was one of my strays: I took him in after he became sick, and didn't have the heart to put him back out after he got better: he kinda stole my heart. It ended up being better that I did end up keeping him, cuz as it turns out, he's one of my FIP cats and needs continuous medical attention.

Ricochet, Jinxy, Cassidy, & Chiquita are all Salem's offspring. I rescued her from our abusive neighbors, who weren't taking care of her properly and kept allowing her to get pregnant time & time again. I ended up keeping all the babies, cuz we couldn't find good homes for them, and Jinxy & Cassidy have birth defects which made it more difficult to adopt them out. I don't regret keeping them all for one second though. They're all such sweethearts - although Chiquita can be quite standoffish.

Have you trained them to do any tricks?

Geronimo fetches, but I never taught him to do so. He just picked it up on his own. Cracks me up!

Do you dress them up?

No.

What's your favorite holiday?

It used to be Christmas, but I really don't enjoy it much anymore since I can't spend it with my family.

What's your least favorite holiday?

Probably St. Paddy's day. I see no point in people getting drunk on green beer.

What was your favorite subject in school?

Math & grammar!

What was your least favorite subject in school?

P.E. Only because of my back problems: it hurt horribly to participate in physical activities. It wasn't because I didn't enjoy them...

What's your favorite movie?

That's a tough one - I have so many. Probably Thelma & Louise, and the Saw movies.

What's your favorite song?

Right now, Adam Lambert's Fever (that song gives ME a fever! ). I can't say I'm too enthused over Adam kissing that guy like that in the video, but heh - it's his prerogative. I just go nuts over that song!

Not anymore. We used to have a German Shepherd dog not too long ago, but had to find a new home for her due to too many health problems which prevented us from spending the time with her that she needed. She started developing behavioral problems because she wasn't getting enough attention. I really miss her. She was a good dog. But it wasn't fair to her to keep her when we couldn't give her the attention she needed.

Well, I guess I beat him to the punch this morning, so here are my EASY questions for you, my friend

I've never heard a MP3 collage of music, so I can't compare.

Well, they've certainly been bombarding you with questions, I see. Thanks for some thoughtful answers yesterday, and here comes today's set. Food and such -- I debated with myself about editing the set to eliminate overlaps with other questions, but I think I'll just let you deal with duplicates as you will...

Yeah, I'm getting bombarded, all right. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll survive the week!

I really don't enjoy cooking, but I do it. It's more of a chore to me than pleasure.

I'd rather cook alone. Anyone who wants to cook in my kitchen is welcome to it - as long as they cook something for me, too!

Anything microwavable.

Home-made enchiladas - prepared by my mom. She can cook anything and do it so well!

Anything I know I'm not supposed to have.

Don't have a particular one. Anything that I have a craving for at the time...

No allergies to anything, but I don't like spinach, and I'm not crazy about fish - although I will eat some fish. I won't eat deer meat, either. Other than that, I'm not too fussy about what I eat - and the scale proves it.

Uh-uhh - no way! I'm not gonna stick anything in my mouth if I don't know what it is!

I only eat one meal a day, which I guess would be considered a combination of lunch/dinner since I eat the meal around 3 P.M. I snack the rest of the day if I get hungry...
