Just wanted to share a bit of good news! I took my little isadora into the vet today for another UTI (okay, that's not the good part). She was diagnosed with kidney failure about two months ago. Given her old age, I just opted to treat with sub-q fluids and diet. Within two months, her creatinine is back within normal range, her BUN has decreased 20 pts, and the rest of her lab values have stayed stable. Yay!
