I couldn't have been more elated as I was when I found out about Nico being found guilty. Was a great day when I heard the news woohoo.gif. I also hopes this sends out a warning to other "cat-hating bird lover's" who think about harming the feral cats nono.gif

Guess I should have updated the thread! Nico's trial was on 10/24. It lasted three days. She was found guilty of attempted animal cruelty. It's all over the net, and the Washington Post and Science magazine both reported on it (among MANY others). The surveillance tape was released.

She resigned after the guilty verdict was made on Halloween.

And Perfect day for her to have been found guilty, Halloween, don't you think!!! agree.gif!!! That witch has been stripped of her broom and can no longer fly freely spreading her evil woohoo.gif I am still SO happy over the verdict agree.gif
