I found out thru the local animal shelter that there is gonna be a pet fair this coming Saturday, and I've been thinking about taking the foster kittens there in hopes of finding a home for them - but I'm not sure if I want to go that route - due to the fact that I'd have no way of knowing if whether or not they'd be going to a good home. Unfortunately, I'm not a very good judge of character sometimes, and any Joe Blow could come along and take them and they'd possibly end up going to a potentially abusive home.
What would y'all do? Take a chance and take them to the pet fair in hopes of finding a home for them? I really can't keep them much longer: I've already kept them much longer than I had originally planned on doing....

I could contact her again and ask just exactly how the pet fair operates. I just assumed that whoever wanted to adopt the kitten was allowed to do so if you decided to turn them over.

I would hope this shelter is the same way, and if so, I say go for it! Good luck!
I don't know if they're being honest, or just don't want to take in the cats.
I realize that they most likely ARE filled up at this time of year with all the kittens being born, but every time I contact them? I guess we don't have a decent shelter in this area...
Your input is greatly appreciated!

They all look identical to me.

How the heck am I supposed to try giving them up?!

. You just have to check references and vets. And add in the spay/neuter stipulation. Also since the pet fair is through the shelter, they should have all of the paperwork/contracts with them for you to use. I am sure they would assist you in placing the kittens that day
. Just call them tomorrow and ask some more questions about it! I think this might be a good thing
