Please Help! Cat is isolating itself

It's not the type of isolation cats do when they go off and die..

My cat always stays in window sills. The ones in the middle of the window with the metal thing on it that you lock your window with. They are about 3 inches wide. If you put my cat anywhere out she'll run back there in a panic. She falls out of that windows roughly 25-50 times a day. She falls everytime she sleeps. Her body is torn up from the metal of the window cutting into her stomach. When she has fleas they get so bad because when she chews her self she will rip all of her fur out from her tail until she bleeds everywhere. She has also broke my cat carrier so I can't keep her in there during the night so she can sleep. She gets down to eat every once in a while. I haven't seen her use the litter box in the past week. The only time she gets down and roams the house is when she's in heat. I have another cat and a dog. She's the most recent animal added to the house. I also have a very loud father and when he sees the cat on the cabinet (She jumps from a part of the cabinet over to her food bowl) he's start stomping and yelling. One of her problems could be her but I'm sure she has more than one problem.

Please can somebody help me? This is killing me and her.

If your poor kitty is hurting herself by falling out of the window you have to keep her from getting up there. She's not spayed? Get her spayed and put some flea med on her, poor thing.

DON'T put Hartz flea treatment on her. It may very well kill her. Safest choice is to get flea drops from a vet.

Yes, she does need to be spayed. Find a low cost clinic, and do it this week.

This cat sounds very stressed and miserable. She probably feels extremely threatened by the other animals, as well as the stomping and yelling. Cats are sensitive creatures and they need a calm environment. I'm guessing she is desperate to escape out that window she's glued to.

If she is not eliminating, then she is seriously sick and needs to see a vet right away. Please help her.

She needs a calmer place. Is there a quiet room, with no others, that she can stay in? If so, give her all she needs in there, and leave her in there. No one should visit, except you. And please take her to a vet tomorrow.

Robin is right about the space for your kitty. She really needs some space to herself. She could be really scared of other animals so she goes to the window to keep herself away from them. It doesn't sound like a good situation for this kitty at all. If you can't provide what she needs maybe it's time to re-home her, for her sake.

Please do get the flea med from the vet. Or, the pet stores sell it too. Make sure you give her the right stuff. The Hertz stuff doesn't work and isnt' good for them. At least call the vets office so they can tell you just what to get. They may know of some place you can take her to have her spayed also. There are clinics everywhere. Your poor cat is very miserable right now. She deserves to be taken good care of. I hope you do all you can for her.
