Hey all, I need some of your wonderful knowledge. We're having some friends move up from another state this coming weekend, and they're bringing their two cats- who will be here at least for one night. How can I make this as easy as possible on Peanut, who's never had a house guest? I do not plan on letting them meet, but I want Peanut to be happy and not ruffled by having strangers in his house.

I also don't want the visiting kitties to freak out and end up with inappropriate elimination, so how can I make THEM comfortable as well? Feliway?

Ah, nevermind, I missed they were moving. No personal experience, but I'd just put the cats in my master bath with a fresh litterbox and some water, and bring them through the house while your cat is confined somewhere else. After the stress of travel, I'm sure they wouldn't mind just relaxing and being left alone.
