Introducing Dustin

Just wanted to share a few pics of yet another kitty to cross my path. This sweet, sweet boy is Dustin. Got a call about him a few weeks ago. He was rescued by a woman who means well, but wasn't able to care for him properly. She asked if the rescue I work with could take him and we did. After spending many months in a cage at her house, he spent the first two weeks at the rescue curled up inside a soccer ball kitty bed. With a lot of love and reassurance, he finally realized it was safe and emerged last weekend. Since then, he's been loving all the petting and attention. He's still a little unsure of himself, but is well on the way to be being a very friendly, confident kitty.

Awww that look in his eyes remind me of Oliver..... I hope he's feeling confident soon and some good forever home vibes for him, too

Awwww! I just want to scoop him up and give him loves and cuddles that he so deserves! He's such a handsome boy!

Oh it just breaks the heart thinking about it... thank goodness for the rescue!

He's simply ADORABLE and is one very lucky kitty.

Just wanted to share the great news - Dustin was adopted last night, along with another young adult kitty, a tuxedo boy named Oakley. So happy for these sweet boys and their adopter!
