I used to do both majorly...

I've done some pretty crazy stuff in my sleep and I am forever calling Craig by other men's names
It used to bother him at first but he's used to it now. I also yell alot in my sleep

I don't walk in my sleep anymore but I used too...
I also like to throw things!! Sometimes it can get pretty dangerous sleeping in the same room as me

I haven't slept in the same room as another human for years now. . .but evidently I do talk quite a lot in my sleep, and say some pretty funny things
. Or at least I used to. I don't think I've ever walked in my sleep at all, although once I woke up with my book in my hand, but I was holding it upside-down!

I don't talk in my sleep, but I have been known to hit and kick. My husband DOES talk in his sleep. We've had whole conversations and he has no idea what he's said the next day. LOL

Yeah, I talk and moan in my sleep.

Once, when I was about 14 years old, I was at a girl scout outing at the beach. There were about 20-30 girls in sleeping bags on the floor of this big cabin. I apparently woke every one up with my talking. One girl was going to the bathroom and accidentally stepped on me. She said "Sorry" and then told me I told her "That's OK, you can step on my head anytime!"

I walked once or twice in my sleep when I was a kid. I do talk in my sleep sometimes.

I sometimes talk in a loud voice right before waking up. Once I sat up violently and made a violent slashing X type motion with my arm as if I were fending off something with a sword in hand. And my teeth were grit, and before I knew it I was awake. Fortunately, this type of stuff is rare for me.

Not lately. I used to walk in my sleep a lot as a child. We raised my neice Mary for the first 3 years of her life. The night after she went back to my sister. Dh found me in my nightgown walking out the door in -30 C weather. He asked me where I was going. I said I was going to get Mary. He knew I was sleep walking, so he told me she was in bed. I took my boots of and went back to bed. I don't remember a thing.

I suffer from a form of night terrors and have since I was a very young child. I think I'm screaming, but DH says he hears me moaning from time to time. He always awakens me because he knows that I'm terrified. It occurs just at the point where I'm dropping off into sleep.....not quite awake, not quite asleep.

With true night terrors, even though the person is terrified during the incident, when they awaken, they forget. I don't forget and it always takes me a long time to get back to sleep. Keeping the hall light on helps and when it gets really bad, I'll sleep with the television turned on very low.

As I've gotten older, the frequency seems to be diminishing.
