Re-blooming Lilacs?

Anyone have these? I have some extra money left on a gift certificate to a local landscaping place and I'm thinking of getting some re-blooming lilacs.

Lilacs are my favorite flower, scent, color, etc...but they don't last! Now that we have our own place I can go ahead and plant some of my own; which is a dream come true!! So I want to try these. The ones I was looking at only get to be 4'-5' tall; which I like too. I plan to put like 3 in a row down the side of my yard where my neighbor has driven through on us before. She can't do that if my lilacs are there!

DH is filling my new garden with soil now so we will be planting our veggies very soon; so next step is my lilacs!!

My uncle had some of them and they were so pretty I want some but dad doesn't so I have to wait. We just planted two new rose bushes and some more iris plants and a pink peony, a strawberry bush and dad has most of the garden started and I want to get a blueberry bush as well we have one set of flowers that we have no idea what it is my grandmother planted it over 60 years ago and it had died out and when dad moved into the house it came back. I am also trying to find some snowball bushes

Ooh they sound lovely. I love lilacs too, such a pleasant scent. I never knew there was a re-blooming variety, that's a great idea!

I think the re-blooming ones are a newer thing. I've not seen any around here that I know of. That's part of the reason I wanted to ask here! I love them and they just never bloom long enough!

I think these are the ones I want. I may have to order them online.

Not that I know of...but the other day I thought I was about to catch her red-handed!! I was in the kitchen (which is technically at the back of the house; right behind my garage. I just happened to step up to the sink (Tressa was in her high chair having lunch) and I saw her pull forward... I was in my jammies; no shoes...messy pony tail.... I BOLTED for the front door (which was locked) and ran outside... It's easier to confront someone caught in the act you know? Well all she did was turn her car around on her lawn to park it a different way. Tressa was looking at me like I was nuts! My neighbor's across the street were tilling their land they farm on... Her Grandson was outside also... I don't know if anyone saw me though.... I hope not! LOL
