Talley cat is pretty much my best friend in the world 
follows me around like a puppy and sits on my lap for hours. She was abandoned by our neighbors because she "didn't get along" with their new kitten. That kitten turned out to be Squeaky, who ended up outside herself less than a year later (once she stopped being a kitten), and now she lives with us too. And so do her four 2-week old kittens.
