I just wanted to say THANK YOU!

For what? This wonderful site! Even though I've only been here for a few days, I've been lurking longer. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. I have not seen one rude person or troll (as I see them all the time on other forums). Even the articles provided are extremely helpful and informative!

Even though I've owned a cat for 2 years (never had one before), I've learned a lot more here just by reading the threads. Whether its tips, or "Did you know.." or things to watch out for down the line.

I enjoy going through people's Cat Pages, looking at the beauties and reading their stories. It makes me feel inspired. And speaking of Inspiration, I've taken up painting again, and this time, it's a cat! I've never painted cats before, and I am excited to continue and finish this painting! Thanks for that!

And the games here! I haven't played any yet (Except for the lemonade Sims..ha!), but something tells me that's what I'm going to be playing when I have down time

So yea, I just wanted to show my appreciation for this site, and for as long as you will have me, I will be staying

I'm glad you're enjoying the site! I agree, people on here are really great. It's such a fun place to check out pics of cats, stories of cats, stories of other random stuff, and of course learning tons of new stuff, even when you think you're pretty well informed. I know I keep learning new things on here, and I've been on the site for 2 years now. And the games, though I haven't played much lately, are pretty cool too.

So I'd like to join in on the THANK YOU TCS!!!

This is by far the nicest message board I have ever been on. A lot of people tend to hide behind the anonymity offered by the internet and use it to be snarky and hateful to people. Not only is everyone nice here, but you're right - it is SO helpful! Holland is the first cat I've ever had, and I have gotten about 98% of my knowledge about cats from this place.

HA! I see you are a Harry Potter fan Don't be fooled.. Draco Malfoy was named after ME! I've had this nickname since I was a toddler, long before Malfoy was even born!

Having stuck around for almost nine years now - I agree! I found TCS because we started caring for a stray. Took her to be spayed - turned out she was. But then kittens (not hers obviously) turned up in our yard... and we decided we needed some expert advice! What better place than TCS? Now I get to share all I've learned over these past 10 years - AND I keep learning!

I love this place so much~ I've met so many wonderful people and heard so many heart-warming stories... it's just incredible.

Couldn't agree more with you!! Glad you love this place. TCS is my home away from home . I love the people, made some great friends, and am learning so much about cats, all aspects. And I love to try and help people with what little knowledge I have .
